At Cosmoprof in Bologna, Estetica presents ArtBook 70 years “The Ultimate Collection”: a catalogue of art dedicated to coiffure. Divided into six sections: blond, bob, volume, fringe, geometries, updos.
The 70th anniversary celebration of Estetica Italia begins on Friday, 18 March at 5 PM in our stand (Pavilion 31, Stand A1) with the presentation of ArtBook “The Ultimate Collection”, a one-of- a-kind catalogue of art dedicated to hairdressing. An album filled with hairdressing portraits in black&white that tell the history of coiffure from 1946 until today in an exclusive format: 200 pages, high-quality paper, 630 historic images, in a precious binding.
The editorial work behind the Artbook is remarkable. Over recent months, the 1000 most beautiful images that have made hairdressing history were selected and divided into 6 main trends:
1. blond
2. bob
3. volume
4. fringe
5. geometries
6. updos
The images were all digitalised, optimised for quality, credited and inserted in a dedicated database. These one-thousand photos gave rise to the ArtBook, a publication worthy of being displayed and sold in the book boutiques and museum bookshops, like that one in the Palace of Venaria Reale (Turin).
