Just like the sporting event par excellence, the Olympic Games, the premium event of the beauty world Intercoiffure Mondial's World Congress also takes place at four-year intervals. And it's easy to see why – such a huge international event surely takes an incredible amount of organization and planning.
But in 2016 hosts in Shanghai are way ahead of the game, with a packed programme already in place, including shows revealing the latest trends by top names in international hairdressing, up to 25 gala and prestige shows, and also the opportunity to attend the Chinese Trade Exhibition, right next door to the Congress.
And there's no shortage of fun networking events, with a cocktail and welcome party “Shanghai by Night” on the opening evening, the “Fondation Guillaume” party, and a Cocktail and Gala Dinner on the final evening.
Intercoiffure Mondial's 22nd World Congress is set to take place from 14th to 16th September, 2016, in Shanghai.
