On top of offering educational and training demonstrations in the main arena, this major event was the first opportunity for everyone to see the work of the finalists for the British Hairdressing Awards, as images from each of the finalists were presented in two galleries.
Amongst the ticket-only live presentations, highlights of the Salon International experience were the presentation of new collections Flux by Toni&Guy and Deconstructionism by Sassoon Professional. Other presentations included simplistic elegance from Tim Hartley and long hair guru Patrick Cameron, who put forward his Prestige Collection on behalf of Wella Professionals, and the wonderful results achieved by TIGI’s Inspirational Youth initiate hairstylists.
Finally, attendees had the chance to participate in seminars held by three of the UK’s most experienced and innovative education teams – Mahogany, hob and Rush London presented by Goldwell – who showcased their latest collections in an intimate and inspirational environment.
Coming up, some photos of the event.
