Two decades of dedicated contributions to the hair, beauty and cosmetics industry – and BeautyAsia is still looking to the future.


In 2016, BeautyAsia marked its twentieth anniversary with a fair which was bigger and better than ever and – like a fine wine – this event seems to simply improve with age. As the region's best-known and consolidated industry event, BeautyAsia once again presented three dedicated sectors within the overall fair – SpaAsia, NaturalAsia and HealthAsia – to meet the constantly growing demand for these services and products.

Over the course of three days in Singapore, exhibitors from eighteen different countries (including China, Japan, Italy, Spain and the Philippines) all arrived to present their latest innovations, and reveal to local professionals what is going on around the world in this global industry. The fair proved a profitable experience for exhibitors and visitors alike, and the positive feedback delivered at the end of the fair serves as a sign of what to expect for the 2017 edition.

Vivian Ting of local company, Vain Essentials, had this to say: “The exhibition presented ample networking opportunities for us to speak with local and regional professionals in the beauty industry”. Gency Tan of P.N.C. Singapore Traders was equally enthusiastic about the business potential provided by the fair and was determined to return for the 2017 event, which promises to be just as worthwhile, if not more: “The overwhelming response we received this year proves BeautyAsia's stance as Asia's premier beauty, spa and wellness exhibition and we're confident to return as an exhibitor next year”.

With the guarantee of yet more brand-new products and services being premiered, top-class shows and displays, and preview of the latest innovative technologies, BeautyAsia 2017 kicks off a third decade as an event-leader for the beauty industry, and a shining example to all other similar professional events.
