This year’s Salon International was brimming with excitement and energy as visitors from all corners of the globe flocked to London’s ExCel to participate in one of the UK’s biggest trade fair.
Salon International attracted throngs of visitors and exhibitors, giving all of them an opportunity to network and engage in the common ground they all shared: beauty. For three days, visitors enjoyed creative shows and educational seminars on the exhibition floor and at other venues within the ExCel complex.
Salon Seminars included star-studded presentations by Mahogany, Philip Kingsley Trichology and Saco, while in the Salon Live theatre the stage offered up stimulating shows by the likes of such VIPs as the Sassoon Academy, TONI&GUY, Patrick Cameron and TIGI Inspirational Youth.
Salon owners and managers participating in the Business Extra forums enjoyed an up-close-and-personal platform to discuss business strategies and assess ways to grow their business with the input of some of the UK’s most successful salon owners, including D & J Ambrose, Mark Woolley, Stephen Gresty, Ken Picton and Sally Learmouth.
This year, Schwarzkopf Professional also organised their own VIP hospitality suite, where UK and International visitors had an opportunity to improve their brand-awareness and meet with their creative ambassadors.
Salon International also has one unique special attraction – the British Hairdressing Awards Gallery, as it is the first opportunity that members of the public get to view the finalists’ entries for British Hairdresser of the Year, as well as the other regional and specialist categories.
As always, we at Estetica had our by now traditional stand at Salon International and would like to thank all our wonderful business partners, friends and subscribers who came by to see us. Here’s hoping that 2014 proves to be a very successful year for you all and we look forward to seeing you all next year!
