Japan – Beauty constructivism

Japanese neo-constructivism, for the essence of beauty.

The essential nature of something is invisible to the human eye. But Yasunari Tsukada has found a way to make it apparent in his “end… Link” salon. Opened one year ago in Osaka, this building originally presented some design problems but Yasunari cleverly turned these snags to his own advantage.

A long white corridor leads to the various work areas, in the logical professional order (waiting room, wash area, styling area). In a place where everything seems ethereal and minimalist, a light wood structure emerges that is both practical and decorative at the same time, a lesson in how minimalism can live hand-in-hand with multitasking design.
