their skills, attracting students from all over the world with their
irresistable 2011 Educational Fun Cruise.
How could they resist a cruise to
romantic tropics and stunning on-stage creativity packed into just a few days. From November 1 – 6, 2011, more than 350 hairdressers
climbed the gangplank of the
Carnival Glory in Miami, only to find a bon voyage cocktail party hosted
by Scruples’ Co-Presidents, Tracy Liguori, Mia Liguori McHugh, Frank Liguori
and COO Mike Riley.
The Ambar Palace was the venue for the Scruples Hair Show
that got everyone on board down to business with a dynamic performance by
Scruples’ Design Team trio: David Steiner, Terrence Michael Renk and
Passenger were then allowed to let their hair down at two
ports-of-call – Ocho Rios, Jamaica and Grand Cayman – perfect locations for
relaxing excursions or sunbathing.
Then back to a final day on-board packed with informative
technical presentations on Scruples’ Cutting by Design and Scruples’ Color by
Design programs, followed by a Q&A session with the experts in the hot
The grand finale featured special guest and 2011 NAHA
Peoples Choice Hairstylist of the Year, the ever-popular Charlie Price, who
wowed everyone by recreating Scruples’ WHITE TEA inspired collections – Ghosts,
Hyper Perfect and The White Album on stage.
A weekend cruise to tropical paradise topped off with an
inspiring voyage into the world of hairdressing with one of the true wizards of
this wonderful art. What destination next year? Wherever your imagination takes
