Not even the inclement weather could dampen the Redken team’s enthusiasm as they held ‘Come Dine with Me’ Picnics across the UK this month in aid of industry charity HABB.
The London event was held in Regents Park where 40 Redken salon professionals dabbled with another creative pursuit for the day, no, not dodging the rain… cooking!
To compete for the honour of being the Come Dine With Me Picnic champion! Delicious and creative picnic dishes were in abundance by some of Redken’s biggest names.
Special mention to Lee Stafford with his tantalizing Tuna Salad and Specialty Stafford Sausages, Redken Educator Odette Joyle’s monumental marinated chicken wings, Redken Education Co-ordinator Rob George’s Bermudan Banana Cake, and Ciente’s Trisha Buller’s Picnictastic Pasta Salad. However, there must be a winner and the title for the day went to The team from 5th Avenue, with their 3 layer, oceanic-inspired jelly dish including edible glitter and whipped cream! It’s certain to become a picnic staple!
