An extensive and strategic renewal that is aiming for a leadership position in the coiffure haute de gamme on an international level.
Thanks to a consolidated image and undisputable renown, the Lucie Saint-Clair Group as established the objective of 60 salons in Paris and in the Parisian area, in addition to more than 200 salons worldwide by 2016.
The new project illustrated by Bernard Sagon is divided into 5 macro areas that should give tangible results as soon as 2011:
1. the development of a franchising network in Paris and abroad;
2. the creation of a Lucie Saint-Clair training school;
3. the renovation of salons;
4. artistic up-gradng with repositioning and the announcement of a new “signature”;
5. brand communication based on the new image.
