Today a woman can sing her heart out and it is never enough. She also has to be beautiful and stylish for all those red carpet events.
“It was an honor to be asked by Billboard and L'Oreal Professionnel to host the pre-event for executive women in the music industry,” said Eva Scrivo. “Being a woman entrepreneur and an artist myself, as well as having done much work in the music business over the years, it was rewarding and inspiring to help show appreciation for these successful women who set such a positive example today and for future generations.”
The Billboard Women of the Year Awards honor women making a difference in the music business, from both a corporate and artistic point of view.
The 2010 Billboard Women in Music honored:
- Fergie, Black Eyed Peas vocalist and six-time Grammy-winning artist who received the Billboard Woman of the Year Award
- Jazmine Sullivan who received the Billboard Rising Star Award
- Lea Michele who received the first ever Billboard Triple Threat Award
Three extraordinarily talented women in their own right, made especially beautiful for a very special occasion thanks to L'Oréal Professionnel.
