P&G no longer stands only for Procter & Gamble. Following the huge success of its Salon Business Success Owner Forum at the 2010 ABS in Chicago this past March, it may also stand for professionalism and gain.
Keynote speaker, Reuben Carranza, CEO of P&G North America Salon Professional, summed up the forum’s message, “Salon’s can win in spite of the recession by designing positive service experiences that create clients for life.”
The new trend in setting yourself up for success is to know your best clients and cater to their needs. Carranza reinforced this point, “Clients will tell you what they want, but it’s up to you as a professional to give them what they need.”
Put the focus back on the Salon Beauty Client and building trust, while always being true to yourself. Once again, ABS and P&G team up to inspire both creativity and entrepreneurship of industry professionals.
