When Sacha Mascolo-Tarbuck, Global Creative Director of award-winning, internationally adored range label.m, decided to change the look of the brand, she literally started a complete overhaul. “The result meant a really sophisticated design concept that could be marketed and retailed to the professional hairdressing industry globally” – an essential asset for a company that is distributed in an incredible forty-two markets across Europe, the Americas, Australia and the Far East.

But on top of giving packaging a luxurious aesthetic upgrade, restyling became the opportunity to reinvigorate the common perception as to how a hair care regime should be referred to. “That is how we came up with the ‘4 C system’ – Cleanse, Condition, Create and Complete which sums up a more integrated approach to care and styling,” Sacha explained.

On the informative new website, each product in the range is detailed in the easy-to-follow 4C format – but wait: there’s more! The experts in the Toni&Guy International Art Team were involved more than ever in the development of new products for the brand, and provide interactive styling advice at the click of a mouse.
